The masjid follows the sunnah of local moon sighting every month, especially for Ramadan and Eid. Therefore, based on the sighting of the moon, the Eid-ul-Fitr this year will be declared based Central Hilal Commitees decision

The masjid follows the sunnah of local moon sighting every month, especially for Ramadan and Eid. Since the moon was not sighted on the sunset of Tuesday, Feb 17th, 2026 anywhere in the United States, therefore we will begin Ramadan 1447 (fasting) on Feb 19th, 2026.
Taraweeh - Khatam
Taraweeh - Khatam
Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah (taala), we have been performing the Sunnah Taraweeh prayers every day after the Isha Salah, and intend to complete the recitation of the entire Quran by the 29th night of Ramadan (Wednesday, March 18th, 2026).
The Khatam will be followed by a brief Dua, In Sha Allah.
Important Dates
Last Ten Nights: Starting Tuesday night (March 10th) from Maghrib
Odd nights: March 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th.
Quran Khatam (in Taraweeh): Wednesday Night, March 18th
Eid: Sunday, Friday, March 20th OR Saturday, March 21st (depending on the local moonsighting).
